About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make to the section II of the Provisions on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), such changes:

The second Item 1 of Chapter 1 of the word "and entering of information into the list of the faces tied with bank" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

2) in Chapter 2:

add item 4 with five new paragraphs of such content:

"National Bank:

1) within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the petition for determination of lack of signs of coherence of person with bank considers it regarding justification based on the supporting documents provided by bank;

2) has the right to request in bank the additional supporting documents containing information necessary for adoption by National Bank of the decision on determination of lack of signs of coherence of person with bank and to establish the term of their representation;

3) has the right to extend the term of consideration of the petition of bank in the presence of the reasonable bases and to establish the term for which consideration term is extended (the decision is made by Committee);
