According to subitem 140.1.4 of Item 140.1 of article 140 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement technically of difficult household goods it (is applied).
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Public service of technical regulation, the State Tax Administration, the State agency on management of the state corporate laws and property within the powers implementation of constant control behind observance of the Procedure approved by this resolution.
3. Recognize as N506 "About Approval of the Procedure for Warranty Repair (Servicing) or Warranty Replacement Technically Difficult Household Goods" which voided the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 22, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, N 52, the Art. 2273).
4. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days after publication.
