About Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa

1. Create Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa (further - Office).

3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures for placement of Office, its material and transport service;

2) to take other measures following from this Decree.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the moment of the termination of presidential powers of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa.
