About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1206/2016 about the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order

In the Order of the Government No. 1206/2016 about the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 379-386, 1303) to make the following changes:

The resolution to add 1) with Item 4/1 of the following content:

"4/1. To cover the expenses connected with participation of representatives of the ministries, central administrative authorities, other industry bodies of the central and local public authority in activities of the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order at the expense of the organizations delegating them.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 2 of the word "with the increased risk" shall be replaced with words "and public actions with the raised risk degree";

b) in Item 6 "one of deputy ministers of internal affairs appointed by the order of the minister" shall be replaced with words the text "the general state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs";

c) in Item 9 after words "crisis situations in the field of public order" to add with the words "and public actions with the raised risk degree";

d) in Item 10 2) to exclude the subitem;

e) in Item 15 of the word "the coordination center of service of operation management and inspection" shall be replaced with words "Inspectorate of operational management";
