1. Create the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of the bodies of the public power provided within the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order according to appendix No. 2;

3) Structure of Council for decision making within the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order according to appendix No. 3.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

1) to prepare and make available to the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order the necessary rooms for ensuring its functionality conforming to the European technical standards and meeting operational requirements;

2) to provide practical activities of the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order in 4-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

4. Determine that activities of the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order are provided for the account and within the assignments approved in the budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the corresponding year and also from other sources according to the current legislation.

4-1. To cover the expenses connected with participation of representatives of the ministries, central administrative authorities, other industry bodies of the central and local public authority in activities of the National center of the integrated coordination of actions in the field of public order at the expense of the organizations delegating them.
