The insider opening in narrow structure and (or) amount the insider information which is subject to disclosure according to requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 224-FZ shall send the notification containing the insider information which does not reveal to the Bank of Russia (the recommended sample of the notification containing the insider information which does not reveal is given in appendix to this Instruction) (further - the notification).
