1. Approve according to the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs creation of the Inspectorate of operational management - the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with form of business of inspectorate, based on Service of operation management and inspection (structure without the status of the legal entity), subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

2. The inspectorate of operational management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is legal successor of the rights and obligations of Service of operation management and inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. To transfer the property, established posts established in the staff list and the budget for 2019 of Service of operation management and inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Inspectorate of operational management.

4. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Inspectorate of operational management in number of 43 units from which 38 government employees with special status and 5 units of government employees, with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

5. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Inspectorate of operational management, according to appendix No. 1;

2) structure of the Inspectorate of operational management, according to appendix No. 2;
