About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of requirements of article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 10, 2018 99, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of the Single tax declaration and procedure for their filling" of April 30, 2016 No. 228 the following changes:

1) in the form of the Single tax declaration of the physical person which is not performing business activity (FORM STI-100) approved by the above-stated resolution:

- appendix 2 "The free income and the income which is laid over at payment source" (to state FORM STI-100-002) in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) according to the procedure of filling and submission of the Single tax declaration of the physical person which is not performing business activity (FORM STI-100) approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 67 the word "grants" to exclude;

- add with Item 85-1 of the following content:

"85-1. In cell 271 grants, the educations of the Kyrgyz Republic got from organizations, and also from non-profit organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic are specified.";
