About modification of the Order of the Government No. 386/2010 about creation of the Agency on transplantation

Based on the Law No. 42/2008 on organ transplantation, fabrics and cells of the person (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 81, the Art. 273) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 386/2010 about creation of the Agency on transplantation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 78-80, 457) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministry of Health" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

To replace 2) in Item 3 of the resolution of figure "15,5" with figures of "19,5";

3) appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 3 of the word "it is serviced through treasury" shall be replaced with words "the treasurer accounts";

b) in item 4 of the word "control of activities" shall be replaced with words "activities monitoring";

c) add Item 5 with subitems 4) and 5) of the following content:

"4) coordination and monitoring of traceability of reproduction of the person in the medical way;

5) performs the competences and responsibility provided by the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility";

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) owns and manages the Automatic information system "Transplant" and the National registry of kidneys, provides permanent traceability of all activities for transplantation and development of statistic reports in the field";
