About creation of the Agency on transplantation

For the purpose of realization of provisions of article 4 of the Law on organ transplantation, fabrics and cells of the person No. 42-XVI of March 6, 2008. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 81, the Art. 273) DECIDES: the Government

1. Create transplantation Agency - the public organization subordinated to the Ministry of Health, work and social protection.

2. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on transplantation according to appendix No. 1;

Structure of the Agency on transplantation according to appendix No. 2.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency on transplantation in quantity of 19,5 of units.

4. To perform financing of the Agency on transplantation at the expense of the means which are annually approved by the law on the government budget and within the established number of staff for the Ministry of Health, work and social protection.

5. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection in 15-day time from the effective date of this Resolution to appoint the director and to approve the staff list of the Agency on transplantation.

6. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 31.05.2011 No. 397
