The government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Approve:

1) form of the conclusion about recognition of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure "Free customs zone" or under customs procedure "Free warehouse", goods of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the conclusion about the status of the goods made in the free economic zone (further - SEZ) or in free warehouse, in form of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - TEAES)) according to Appendix No. 1;

2) form of the conclusion about recognition of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure "Free customs zone" or under customs procedure "Free warehouse", not being goods of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the conclusion about the status of the goods made in SEZ or in free warehouse in form of foreign goods (further - IT)) according to Appendix No. 2;

3) procedure for filling of the conclusions in the TEAES form and in the IT form of the status of the goods made in SEZ or in free warehouse according to Appendix No. 3;

4) procedure for issue and application of the conclusions in the TEAES form and in the IT form of the status of the goods made in SEZ or in free warehouse according to Appendix No. 4;
