In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 30, 2018 No. PP-3955 "About measures for enhancement of management system preschool education" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. The state inspectorate for supervision of quality of education under the Cabinet of Ministers in a month together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development A. A. Abdukhakimov, the chief of the State inspectorate for supervision of quality of education U. N. Tashkenbayev and the minister of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. V. Shin.
