In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 12, 2019 "About measures for further deepening of reforms and expansion of the export potential of the textile and sewing and knitted industry" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-4186:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 12, 2018 No. 106 "About enhancement of the mechanism of realization and calculations for the cotton fiber made by the companies of JSC Uzpakhtasanoat" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 2, the Art. 31) according to appendix.
2. Determine that the bank guarantees provided till April 1, 2019 to the textile organizations from commercial banks for purchase of cotton fiber at the exchange biddings keep action before the expiration of terms of final settlements on them.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of the board of JSC Uzpakhtasanoat A. I. Maksudov and the Secretariat concerning development fuel and energy and key branches of the industry of the Cabinet of Ministers.
