Requirements to use of documents electronically tour operator, travel agent and the tourist and (or) other customer in case of realization of tourist product

1. For the purpose of the conclusion of the agreement on realization of tourist product (further - the agreement) electronically the tourist and (or) other customer can transfer to tour operator or travel agent electronically the request about the conclusion of the agreement, and also other documents in case of the consent of the parties, agreements, necessary for the conclusion.

The request shall contain the following data:

a) for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs:

the name of the organization (for legal entities), surname, name, middle name (in the presence) (for the individual entrepreneur);

identification taxpayer number;

the surname, name, middle name (in the presence) of the head of the organization or the other person, the representative to represent the organization (for legal entities);
