1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for settlement between operators of telecommunications approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of July 09, 2009 No. 1586, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 21, 2009 for No. 880/16896 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Item 4.1 of the Section IV of Rules of mutually connection of the telecommunication networks public approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of December 08, 2005 No. 155, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 27, 2006 for No. 71/11945 (with changes) to add with the new subitem 13 of the following content:

"13) obligations of the parties on transit of traffic on the postponed subscriber numbers.".

3. To submit to department of the economic analysis in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
