According to Article 75 of the Maritime Code of Ukraine, item 4 of part one of Article 4 and part three of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine", to the twenty fourth the subitem 31 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER to the paragraph:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the captain of seaport and service of the captain of seaport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 190, registered on April 18, 2013 for No. 632/23164, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of reforming and functioning of sea and river transport:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Yu.F.Lavrenyuk.
