About approval of the Regulations on the captain of seaport and service of the captain of seaport

According to Article 75 of the Maritime Code of Ukraine, part three of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine", subitem 4.9.70 of subitem 4.9 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the captain of seaport and service of the captain of seaport which are applied.

2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport:

2.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine:

of October 18, 2000 No. 573 "About approval of the Regulations on the captain of the sea trade port of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 2, 2000 for No. 774/4995 (with changes);

of October 18, 2000 No. 574 "About approval of the Regulations on Inspection of the state port supervision of the sea trade port of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 2, 2000 for No. 775/4996 (with changes).
