About modification of the Regulations on the State agency of fishery of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the State agency of fishery of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 895 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 90, the Art. 3018), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State agency of fishery of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitems 9, 16 and 34 to exclude 1);

Subitem 37 to add 2) with paragraphs of the following content:

"form and rules of maintaining the list of faces of ship crew (muster roll), ship and machine magazines on fishing boats;

fire safety regulations on vessels of the fleet of fish industry, and also when carrying out hot work in courts which are repaired or under construction at the ship-building and ship-repair companies;

the charter of service on fishing boats;";

Subitem 48 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Performs 48) within the powers provided by the law, monitoring of the domestic and foreign market of fish products, state regulation of the domestic market of fish products;";

Subitem 65 to exclude 4).
