I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about order of registration of prints of marks - the special signs certifying manufacturers of jewelry and household products from precious metals that is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 14, 1999 No. 168 "About approval of the Instruction about order of registration in the Public assay service of prints of special signs - marks of manufacturers of jewelry and household products from precious metals", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 6, 1999, No. 537/3830.

3. (Nazimok M. M.) to provide to the public assay service provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the procedure, established by the current legislation.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of the Public assay service Nazimk M. M.

5. This order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
