The government DECIDES:
1. The order of the Government No. 1001/2001 about declaration of goods by economic agents of east regions of the Republic of Moldova (2001, Art. No. 116-118, 1050) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Provisions of this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose since September 27, 2001."
2. The payments levied according to the Order of the Government No. 1001/2001 about declaration of goods by economic agents of east regions of the Republic of Moldova, brought before entry into force of this resolution are not compensated.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
