1. Item 1 of the Order of the Government No. 165/2010 on the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector (2010, 35, the Art. 219) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"1. Since May 1, 2019, the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector (at the self-supporting companies, the organizations, organizations irrespective of type of property and form of business, further - the companies) is established in the amount of leu 16,42 in hour, or 2775 lei the month estimated from the average duration of working hours of 169 hours in month".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
