2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To enable the realization of this order within the means provided in the republican budget for the corresponding period.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of Department on ensuring activity of the courts in case of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) Elibayev K. O.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of use of the funds allocated from the republican budget for the organization of activities of the international council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of use of the funds allocated from the republican budget for the organization of activities of the international council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for use of the budgetary funds allocated for ensuring activities of the international council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Council).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) Council - advisory advisory body concerning enhancement of justice system;

2) working body of Council - structural division of authorized body;

3) authorized body on ensuring activities of Council (further - authorized body) - Department on ensuring activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

4) responsible structural divisions of authorized body - structural divisions which competence enters analytical, financial and material logistics of activities of Council.

5) members of the international council are members of council from among the Kazakhstan and foreign experts, scientists and specialists of judicial system, public administration, tax, financial, customs and other branches of law, economy, management and other sciences.

3. Use of the funds allocated for ensuring activities of Council is performed according to requirements of budget and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 2. Procedure for use of the funds allocated for the organization of activities of Council

4. Use of the funds allocated for the organization of the action connected with activities of Council is performed according to the Plan of Council approved by the Chairman of the board.

5. The working body of Council for assignment for ensuring activities of Council in writing addresses with the request in any form at least, than in seven working days prior to holding meeting of Council the head of authorized body.

6. The request is constituted taking into account cost rates on ensuring activities of Council, according to appendix to these rules, in coordination with the interested structural divisions of authorized body.

Routes of arrival (departure) of members of the international council to destination and back, with indication of the company of carrier, time and date are applied to the request.

7. The expenses connected with the organization and ensuring activities of Council include:

1) transportation (flight) of members of the international council to destination and back;

2) accommodation of members of the international council (junior suite, standard hotel rooms);

3) official lunches, dinners, coffee breaks;

4) acquisition of souvenirs, mementoes;

5) motor transportation servicing;

6) translation service (oral, written, and also simultaneous interpretation at meetings of Council);

7) lease of the hall, equipment;

8) other expenses (distributing materials, the VIP servicing at the airport).

8. Payment of expenses for transportation (flight) of members of the international council to destination is also back made by money transfer into the account of the company of carrier on rate "house-keeper" of class.

9. Payment of expenses on involvement of members of the international council is made by money transfer on the bank account of members of the international council in bank performing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the act of the performed works according to the established R-1 Form according to appendix 50 to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2012 No. 562 "About approval of forms of source accounting documents" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 8265).

Chapter 3. Procedure for expense recovery of members of the international council

10. The working body, for expense recovery for transportation (flight) of members of the international council to destination and back, represents to the structural division of authorized body responsible for assignment, the following documents:

1) identity document of the member of the international council;

2) travel documents:

tickets for journey (flight);

in the presence, the document confirming payment of penalty for return/exchange of the ticket;

in case of submission of the electronic air ticket, the document confirming payment of airfare;

in case of loss of tickets for journey or the documents confirming payment of penalty for return/exchange of the ticket the written confirmation of the organizations which issued the specified documents is submitted.
