About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 and of November 21, 2018 No. 843

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 "About enhancement of payment terms of work of heads of the organizations depending on results of financial and economic activities":

to state the paragraph of the eighth of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"one-time remunerations for order fulfillment on delivery (procurement, delivery) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the state (republican) needs and the purchase order (procurement, delivery) of waste of paper and cardboard and waste of glass for republican state needs in the amount of no more than two salaries inclusive;";

to state part one of subitem 6.8 of Item 6 of the Regulations on payment terms of work of heads of the state organizations and the organizations from ownership ratios of the state in their property approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"6.8. one-time remunerations for order fulfillment on delivery (procurement, delivery) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the state (republican) needs and the purchase order (procurement, delivery) of waste of paper and cardboard and waste of glass for the republican state needs finished in accordance with the established procedure without their refining towards reduction for accounting year in the amount of no more than 2 salaries inclusive.";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2018 No. 843 "About the purchase order (procurement, delivery) in 2019 waste of paper and cardboard and waste of glass for republican state needs":
