1. The paragraph the fourth Item 11 of the Regulations on orphanage of the family type approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 925; 2016, No. 60, to the Art. 2052) to state in the following edition:
"moved from temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol or the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation and measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.".
2. In paragraph four of Item 8 of the Regulations on foster home approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 565 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 926; 2016, No. 60, the Art. 2052) shall be replaced with words the words "or moved from temporarily occupied territory or the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation" "or moved from temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol or the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation and measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions".
