According to Article 320, to Chapter 52 of the Section XI of the Customs code of Ukraine, for the purpose of execution of Item 13 of the Plan of priority actions of the Government for 2018 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2018 No. 244-r, Item 1 of the Actions plan on strategy implementation of development of risk management system in the field of customs control for the period till 2022 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 978-r I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure of the analysis and risks assessment, development and implementation of measures for risk management for determination of forms and amounts of customs control approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 31, 2015 No. 684, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2015 for No. 1021/27466, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Vlasov A. S.
