About approval of the Procedure for conducting examination for confirmation of belonging of fuel to alternative

According to the Law of Ukraine "About alternative types of liquid and gas fuel" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.10.2004 of N1307 "About Procedure for Issue of the Certificate on Fuel Belonging to Alternative" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting examination for confirmation of belonging of fuel to alternative it (is applied).

2. Establish form of the Register of alternative types of fuel of Gosenergoeffektivnosti of Ukraine, (appendix to the order).

3. To management of science and the nonconventional and recovered power sources (Shchokin A. R.) and to provide to Legal management (Small M.V.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of Committee of Grigorovsky V. V.
