b) state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. Keep for the persons transferred to troops of national guard of the Russian Federation from law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, staying on the registry as persons in need in premises, the right to inclusion in the list of people on the waiting list on the new duty station from the date of registration still to the duty station for receipt of premises or provision of lump social sum payment for its acquisition or construction.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
