4. Include in structure of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation:

c) groups of the mobile Ministry of Internal Affairs of territorial authorities of special function of the Russian Federation;

d) Center of special purpose of rapid reaction forces and aircraft of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and aviation divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

5. Transfer the federal state unitary enterprise "Okhrana" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to maintaining the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation.
