About approval of the Procedure for carrying out inventory count of lands and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to part three of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out inventory count of lands which is applied.

1-1. Determine that for warlike situation:

inventory count of lands in the territories in which are conducted fighting (except cases if fighting was complete or the possibility of fighting was stopped) or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (were conducted), it is performed taking into account the features determined by the subitem 26 of Item 27 of the Section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine;

inventory count of the lands which are subject to compulsory acquisition based on social necessity in the conditions of warlike situation for placement of objects of defense industry complex and infrastructure facilities in the Uzhhorod district of the Transcarpathian region is performed taking into account requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About transfer, compulsory acquisition or withdrawal of property in the conditions of legal regime of warlike or emergency state".

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
