1. Approve Changes in the Rules of the market approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 307, which are attached.

2. Approve Changes in the Rules of the market "for the days ahead" and intra daily market approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 308, which are attached.

3. To the operator of system of transfer within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and provide to NKREKP of management, provided by Rules of the market.

4. To the state company which performs activities for the wholesale supply of electrical energy, within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and present in NKREKP of the Rule of conduct at the market "for the days ahead" and the intra daily market.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
