About measures for realization of part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance"
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for increase in the pensions intended according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" in connection with growth of the average monthly salary of the staff employee which is applied.
2. Determine that in 2005 1,055 coefficient is applied to increase in pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance". The pensions calculated according to the specified Law and the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities" according to addresses which arrived till December 31 of year which precedes year in which increase in pension is carried out are subject to increase.
The next years the size of the specified coefficient is established by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proceeding from indicators of the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine for the corresponding year.
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2005.
