The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.02.2019 No. 124.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2004 No. 269 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer by the Pension fund of Ukraine or bodies of work and social protection of the population of means to organizations (institutions) in which persons are on complete state providing, and their uses" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 10, of Art. 599; 2006, No. 40, Art. 2682; 2011, No. 85, the Art. 3107) Changes which are applied.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
