About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 29, 2018 No. 90

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 29, 2018 No. 90

"notify the producers specified in the list provided by appendix No. 3 to this Decision about need of supply activity of herbicides to consumers of herbicides of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union within the price obligations assumed by them including with observance of price and quantitative parameters, taking into account commercially reasonable conditions approved with consumers and non-admission of refusals in supply of herbicides for the reasons of non-commercial nature;

perform monitoring of the prices of herbicides in the market of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of non-admission of unreasonable price increase by producers of herbicides of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in the conditions of application of the anti-dumping measure established by this Decision, being guided by approaches according to appendix No. 5;
