Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 70 "Some questions of realization of regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" and "About employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 282; 2009, No. 68, Art. 2346; 2010, No. 98, Art. 3488; 2013, No. 62, Art. 2222; 2019, No. 32, the Art. 1158) changes which are applied.

1. The fourth Item 1 of the resolution to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Procedure for transfer of quantity of workplaces for employment of persons with disability to accomplishment of the norm of such workplaces determined by article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine".".
2. Procedure for transfer of quantity of workplaces for employment of persons with disability in the standard rate of such workplaces in economic associations which part the companies of public organizations of persons with disability are, approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
"No. 70 is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2017
