About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO, and also in some decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Eurasian economic commission

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 Council of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

concerning separate types of goods according to appendix No. 3;

concerning pork fresh, cooled or refrigerated, classified by codes 0203 11 100 9, 0203 11 900 9, 0203 12 110 9, 0203 12 190 9, 0203 12 900 9, 0203 19 110 9, 0203 19 130 9, 0203 19 150 9, 0203 19 550 9, 0203 19 590 9, 0203 19 900 9, 0203 21 100 9, 0203 21 900 9, 0203 22 110 9, 0203 22 190 9, 0203 22 900 9, 0203 29 110 9, 0203 29 130 9, 0203 29 150 9, 0203 29 550 3, 0203 29 550 9, 0203 29 590 9, 0203 29 900 3 and 0203 29 900 9 CN FEA EEU, in the amount of 25 percent from customs value.

2. Bring in decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix No. 4.

This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than September 1, 2019, except for the paragraph of the third subitem "v" of Item 1 and the subitem "an" of item 4 of the changes made to decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 4).

The paragraph third the subitem "v" of Item 1 of this Decision and the subitem "an" of item 4 of the changes made to decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 4 to this Decision) become effective since January 1, 2020.
