1. Item 2-1 of the Technique of the normative money value of lands of settlements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 1995 No. 213 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, Art. 151; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 27, Art. 1782; 2012, No. 42, Art. 1625; 2015, No. 38, Art. 1142; 2016, No. 93, the Art. 3040) to add with the paragraph of such content:
"In case of filing of application electronically the statement from technical documentation on normative money value of the parcel of land or motivated refusal in provision of such statement are issued electronically by technical means of telecommunications with imposing of the qualified digital signature, and at the request of the applicant can be also provided in paper form.".
2. According to the procedure of the organization of works and technique of distribution of the parcels of land between owners of land shares (shares) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 4, 2004 No. 122 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 5, Art. 241; 2015, No. 46, Art. 1472):
Item 1 after the word of "sites" to add 1) with words ", subject to payevaniye,";
2) in Item 3:
in paragraph one the word of "(order)" to exclude;
in the paragraph the second the words "adjustment of the project by the land management organization" shall be replaced with words "modification of the project by developer of documentation on land management";
