Approve Changes in the Procedure for forming of investing programs of licensees on production of electrical and heat energy on combined heat and power plants and cogeneration installations approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of October 15, 2015 No. 2585, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 5, 2015 for No. 1367/27812, which are applied.
