1. In Regulations on the State agency of water resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 393 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 71, the Art. 1995):
1) in the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the word "creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude;
Item 10 to state 2) in the following edition:
"10. Gosvodagentstvo the Chairman who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the offer of the Commission on questions of the highest case of public service heads.
The commission on questions of the highest case of public service submits for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the offer concerning the candidate for position assignment of the Chairman Gosvodagentstva by results of tender according to the legislation on public service.";

Item 12 to state 4) in the following edition:
"12. The chairman Gosvodagentstva has two deputies, including one first which are appointed to position by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based on offers of the Commission on the highest case of public service by results of tender according to the legislation on public service.
Vice-chairmen Gosvodagentstva are dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based on offers of the Commission on questions of the highest case of public service according to the legislation on public service.".
