About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156 and of September 12, 2006 No. 1195
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2018 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About safety of genetically engineered activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 154-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to add the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 7.8 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156, after the paragraph of the eighth with the paragraph of the following content:
"the protocol on admissibility (inadmissibility) of release of genetically engineered organisms to the environment for carrying out testing or use in the economic purposes";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2006 No. 1195 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of grades of genetically engineered plants, breeds of genetically engineered animals and strains of nonpathogenic genetically engineered microorganisms":
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of grades of genetically engineered plants, breeds of genetically engineered animals and strains of nonpathogenic genetically engineered microorganisms it (is applied).";
