1. Approve:

The regulations on the data included in the inventory (works, services) of the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for construction and equipment of objects of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone, and procedure for its approval (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for confirmation of exemption of import customs duties (taking into account the international obligations of the Republic of Belarus) and the value added tax, levied by customs authorities, concerning the goods (processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it, raw materials and materials) imported (imported) on territory of the Republic of Belarus for exclusive use in the territory of Republic of Belarus for the purpose of realization investment projects providing construction and equipment of objects of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone by managing company of Bremino group limited liability company, residents, investors of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone (are applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the fund of development of the free economic zone Vitebsk approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 658:

add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"compensation by managing company of Bremino group limited liability company of costs of administration of SEZ "Vitebsk" connected with accomplishment of separate administrative functions in the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone.";

to add Item 5 after the paragraph of the fifteenth with the paragraph of the following content:

"costs of administration of SEZ "Vitebsk" connected with accomplishment of separate administrative functions in the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone;";

2.2. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

3. Determine that:

3.1. for the receipt of privilege concerning railway rolling stocks, stipulated in Item 50 Regulations on special legal regime of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2019 No. 106, managing company of Bremino group limited liability company, residents of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone shall receive confirmation from the information republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Marketing and Price Situation" that the specified railway rolling stocks are not made in the Republic of Belarus;

3.2. the registration certificate as resident of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone is the form of the document with certain degree of protection and is drawn up in form according to appendix. Its production and storage are performed according to the legislation.

4. This resolution becomes effective since June 22, 2019.
