About formation of Public service of Ukraine on ethnopolicy and liberty of conscience
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form Public service of Ukraine on ethnopolicy and liberty of conscience as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Cultural Affairs and which realizes state policy in the field of the international relations, religion and protection of the rights of ethnic minorities.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Place Public service on ethnopolicy and liberty of conscience under lease on the fifth floor of the house on Ulitsa Proreznoy, 15, in Kiev.
4. To the Ministry of Culture give to three-months time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
the project of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on ethnopolicy and liberty of conscience;
offers concerning introduction of amendments to the acts of the legislation following from this resolution.
5. To the Ministry of Finance prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019", and also provide in time of preparation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the next years the means necessary for implementation of the actions connected with content of Public service on ethnopolicy and liberty of conscience.
