1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of October 28, 2009 No. 570 "About approval of Rules of accession of wind farms to power networks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2009 for No. 1263/17279.

2. To management of energy markets (Buslavets A. A.) provide:

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine;

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Bliznuk M. D.
