1. Approve Rules of accession of wind farms to power networks which are attached.

2. To department concerning power industry (Low-flow S. Ya.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Luchnikov V. A.

Rules of accession of wind farms to power networks

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules determine the mechanism of accession and transfer to power networks of energy which is made by wind farms with installed capacity at least than 100 MW, in particular those which construction is provided in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Nikolaev region.

1.2. These Rules extend to the relations which arise in case of accession and connection to power networks of wind farms with installed capacity at least than 100 MW whose construction is provided in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Nikolaev region, and is recommended in case of accession and connection of other wind farms.
