About approval of Regulations of serviceability of not certified airfields (helidromes), temporary airfields (helidromes) and airfields

According to Item 1 of article 66 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed Norma of serviceability of not certified airfields (helidromes), temporary airfields (helidromes) and airfields.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Adimold R. O.) submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuterbekov D. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Regulations of serviceability of not certified airfields (helidromes), temporary airfields (helidromes) and airfields (further - Regulations) are developed according to Item 1 of article 66 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" (further - the Law), and also taking into account international standards and recommended practice of International Civil Aviation Organization.
