About approval of Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfer to Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied (further - Changes).
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Alexander Yablunivsky) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine and the Public treasurer service of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the subitem 4 of Item 2 of Changes which becomes effective in 60 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
