For the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal acts regulating organization activity, performing separate types of banking activities in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the reporting by the mortgage organizations.

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2006.

3. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid the following regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of November 27, 2004 No. 332 "About approval of Rules of submission of the reporting by credit partnerships and mortgage companies" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3336);
