ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About some questions of Republican public institution "National state Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865)

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename republican public institution "National state Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan into republican public institution "National state book chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of Committee of language policy of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – organization).

2. Determine Committee of language policy of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning organization.

3. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide the state re-registration of organization in judicial authorities;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
