About some questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 1999 No. 659 "About assignment of rights on ownership and use of the state blocks of shares and the state shares in the organizations which are in republican property" the following change and amendment:

in the list of the state blocks of shares and the state shares in the organizations of republican property, the right of possession and uses of which is transferred to the industry ministries and other state bodies, approved by the specified resolution:

add with the Section of the following content:

3. Determine Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan to authorized bodies by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning republican legal entities according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares of joint-stock companies according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

5. To the ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

6. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) is the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing management in spheres of physical culture and sport, gaming, lottery and lottery activities, tourist activities.

13. Tasks:

1) physical culture and sport;

2) gaming;

3) lottery and lottery activities;

4) tourist activities, tourism and tourist industry.

14. Powers:

1) rights:

adopt legal acts, obligatory for execution, within the competence;

request and receive in the procedure established by the legislation from state bodies, the organizations, their officials necessary information and materials;

create advisory advisory bodies under the Ministry;

take a legal action;

delegate part of the powers and functions to departments;

perform other rights, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) obligations:
