1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of the State pulegilzoteka.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) ceased to be valid;

2) the subitem 2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1370 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 3, 2000 No. 1176" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 32-33, 399).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of forming of the State pulegilzoteka

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of the State pulegilzoteka (further - Rules) determine procedure for the organization and implementation of activities of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, special state and law enforcement agencies by forming of departmental collections of the State pulegilzoteka of control shot bullets and sleeves from the taken advantage, except for being on long-term storage, cut military person-portable small arms (further - military weapon), and also law-enforcement bodies on forming of departmental collections of the State pulegilzoteka of control shot bullets and sleeves of military, civil and office cut firearms.
