About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 20, 2004 No. 1083 "About approval of minimum rates of award for some types of use of works" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 38, the Art. 508):
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve enclosed:
1) minimum rates of award for use of works by public performance;
2) minimum rates of award for use of works by the public message;
3) minimum rates of award for reproduction and (or) distribution of works;
4) minimum rates of award for reproduction of audiovisual works for personal reasons without the consent of the author.";
minimum rates of award for reproduction of audiovisual works for personal reasons without the consent of the author to state in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2011 No. 1373 "About approval of minimum rates of remuneration to contractors and producers of soundtracks" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 3, the Art. 68):
add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop and approve the Instruction for application of minimum rates of remuneration to contractors and producers of soundtracks.";
